We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive and manage the end-to-end recruitment process while strengthening the company’s overall hiring strategy. This role will be responsible for attracting top talent, partnering closely with hiring managers and ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
While remaining hands-on in full-cycle recruiting, the TA Lead will also be accountable for overall talent acquisition performance and will report directly to the Director of Operations. Beyond executing recruitment activities, this role plays a key part in improving hiring processes, strengthening employer branding and building strong talent pipelines to support the company’s long-term growth.

- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate experience, cultural fit, and role suitability
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes between candidates and hiring teams
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on hiring strategy, role requirements, and market insights
- Provide guidance on interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
- Manage expectations and timelines with internal stakeholders.
- Strengthen the company’s employer brand across job platforms, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment messaging.
- Explore innovative sourcing methods to reach passive candidates.
- Continuously improve hiring processes to increase efficiency and quality of hires.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide insights on hiring performance.
- Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and best practices.
- Stay informed about hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Provide market insights to support competitive hiring strategies
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within agency or high-growth environments.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exposure to remote or global hiring environments.
- Experience improving recruitment processes or building talent pipelines.
