Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own and deliver senior insurance and technology hires.
- Build high-quality, targeted pipelines.
- Drive proactive headhunting and market mapping for niche talent.
- Act as a strong filter and partner to hiring managers on candidate quality.
- Lead candidate engagement, conversion, and offer closing for senior roles.
- Design and execute role-specific hiring strategies.
- Identify and resolve hiring bottlenecks quickly to maintain momentum.
- Maintain strong hiring discipline and visibility across pipelines and outcomes.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- Proven ability to hire senior / niche roles successfully.
- Strong headhunting and sourcing capability, especially within the insurance talent pool.
- Ability to engage and influence high-calibre candidates.
- High ownership; operating like a business partner, not just a support function.
- Strong judgement in assessing candidate quality.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.
- An incredible desire for accuracy and detail-orientedness.
- The ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
