The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee all hiring activity for our growing San Salvador site, ensuring consistent delivery of high-volume recruitment needs. This leader will manage a team of onsite recruiters, partner closely with operations, and develop strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves building strong teams, and can balance strategy with hands‑on execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of onsite recruiters to meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume call-center hiring, from sourcing strategy to onboarding.

  • Execute and support the recruitment of non-agent roles, including support staff, supervisors, and specialized operational positions.

  • Partner with site leadership, HR, Training, WorkForce Management, and Operations to forecast staffing needs and ensure hiring plans are met.

  • Drive creative sourcing strategies, employer brand visibility, and local market outreach.

  • Monitor recruiting KPIs, generate hiring reports, and implement process improvements.

  • Ensure consistent, positive candidate experience and adherence to company standards.

  • Manage on‑site hiring events, job fairs, and community partnerships.

  • Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development for future expansion.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of recruiting experience, including high-volume BPO or call center hiring.

  • 3 years of experience leading or supervising a recruiting team.

  • Client‑facing experience required, with the ability to build strong relationships, manage expectations, and communicate effectively with external stakeholders and partners.

  • Proven experience driving creative sourcing strategies and managing the full recruitment pipeline from intake to offer acceptance.

  • Strong understanding of local talent markets, sourcing channels, and competitive hiring strategies.

  • Proven ability to meet aggressive staffing goals in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Resilience, adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to remain solution‑focused under pressure.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using ATS tools (WorkDay) and reporting.

  • Intermediate–advanced English proficiency required (B2+).
