Job Role: Talent Acquisition Manager

As MAK-SYSTEM continues its growth trajectory, the TA Manager will fully absorb themselves not only into the business but also into the wider recruitment landscape, keeping close to the labour market trends and the talent supply. Utilizing this knowledge, the TM Manager will shape a recruitment strategy that supports attraction, retention and organisation growth. The role is broad and varied with strategic work as well as managing day to day recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a robust recruitment strategy in line with the growth of the business
- Identify and own recruitment technology and tools to enhance recruitment efforts and streamline processes;
- Define selection and assessment methodologies across job categories, including banks of competency based interview questions;
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle across all geographies and division, creating engaging and accurate job advertisements, sourcing exceptional candidates, creating talent pipelines and participate in interviewing and selection processes;
- Lead North Macedonian graduate and intern recruitment with local universities;
- Develop creative approaches to identify and attract active and passive candidates for current open positions and future opportunities;
- Analyse recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment strategies;
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment;
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and attract top talent;
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure appropriate offers are delivered, and new hires have a seamless onboarding experience;
- Coach and support managers during the recruitment process and work with L&D Manager to build hiring manager recruitment capabilties;
- Deliver a positive candidate experience that enhances the MAK-SYSTEM EVP;
- Own all talent acquisition practices, policies and documents, shaping them to meet evolving business needs;
- Work alongside key stakeholders to build robust talent pools for critical and future roles;
- Provide insights and inputs to ensure that salary packages are correctly positioned and remain competitive.

Previous Experiences/Qualifications
- A proven track record in in-house Talent Acquisition with global scope, experience across a range of disciplines and deep experience in tech Talent Acquisition
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills;
- Excellent English language capabilities
- A strong data and metrics mindset.
- Proven experience with direct sourcing and ability to build talent pipelines
- Hands on, dynamic approach, able to get into the details, roll up sleeves and deliver outcomes
- Agility: deal with day to day matters in addition to delivery of annual plans
- Highly effective influence and strong ability to work collaboratively with peers
- Highly organized and able to manage conflicting priorities in a calm manner.
