Define and maintain cloud platform architecture and standards; lead technical design and delivery of platform capabilities, integrations, and migrations; produce architecture artifacts and roadmaps; participate hands-on in engineering (IaC, automation, containers); review solutions, manage risks, support customers, and mentor engineers while ensuring security, resilience, observability, and regulatory compliance.

Entry-level role supporting execution and maintenance of automated test suites, documenting defects, creating basic automated test cases, learning frameworks and best practices, and collaborating with senior engineers to reduce manual testing.

Lead end-to-end delivery of MAK-SYSTEM software projects: define scope, plan milestones, manage risks, resources, budgets and stakeholders, coach teams, ensure client acceptance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining data protection and information security.

Analyze and document business and user requirements for blood, plasma, tissue, and cell management software. Translate needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria; collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and stakeholders; support market research, roadmap prioritization, releases, training, and requirements governance while ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
