The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and elevate our recruitment function at ClearSource. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of top-tier talent aligned with our long-term business goals.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and recruiters to deliver a seamless, data-driven, and candidate-focused hiring experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Strategic Talent Planning

  • Partner with senior leadership to identify current and future talent needs
  • Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
  • Design and continuously improve recruitment frameworks and processes

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Create and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple roles and departments
  • Define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines
  • Optimize hiring workflows to ensure efficiency, quality, and speed

Collaborative Hiring

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
  • Provide guidance on job descriptions, salary benchmarks, and market trends
  • Facilitate interview and selection processes to ensure fairness and consistency

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Strengthen and promote ClearSource’s employer brand across job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Enhance the candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding
  • Develop compelling job ads and recruitment marketing initiatives

Metrics, Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire
  • Use data and insights to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes
  • Identify gaps and recommend process improvements

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters
  • Set performance expectations and support professional growth
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative recruiting culture

Talent Sourcing & Screening

  • Proactively source candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and agency partnerships
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, preferably in a fast-paced or scaling organization
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices
  • Experience managing and developing recruitment teams
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and analytics
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring demands simultaneously
