Conduct screening interviews and manage full candidate pipelines
Design job posts that generate quality applications
Build hiring workflows and interview processes using Ashby ATS
Partner directly with founders and team leads on hiring strategy
Create our employer brand and candidate experience standards
7+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
Experience with modern ATS systems (Ashby preferred)
Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing to offer
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred
