In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting across GTM, Engineering, Product, and G&A functions, partnering with managers to attract exceptional talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities- Execute full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates, ensuring an inclusive, high-quality and efficient process
- Build, nurture and maintain talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies and proactive relationship management
- Maintain ongoing focus on pipeline development for critical and recurring roles to enable proactive and scalable hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define success profiles, and develop tailored and effective recruitment strategies
- Contribute to employer branding efforts – including social media presence, recruitment marketing campaigns, and storytelling – to attract candidates aligned with our mission and values.
- Identify opportunities, create partnerships, attend events and track ROI for university relationships, professional associations, talent communities and other networks to diversify and increase talent pipeline and expand brand awareness
- Manage ServiceTrade’s intern program, from program design, onboarding to offboarding, measuring effectiveness and optimization
- Administer and optimize the applicant tracking system, related recruiting technologies
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all hiring processes to attract a broad and representative talent pool.
- Manage candidate experience ensuring positive interactions throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms including job boards and ATS systems
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide insights
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical recruiting standards, including EEOC guidelines
- Collaborate with People Business Partner team on workforce planning, job structures and compensation alignment
- 5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally supporting GTM, Engineering, Product, and G&A roles in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Strong sourcing skills using various channels including social media, job boards, and networking
- Advanced communication skills and experience successfully working with executives
- Curiosity and interest in technology and AI tools for enhancing recruitment processes
- Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies
- Consultative approach with hiring managers and ability to build strong relationships
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating ambiguous situations
- Professional discretion when handling confidential candidate and business information
