What You'll Do:

  • Provides day-to-day management and direction of strategic initiatives to the recruiting team.
  • Supports team to deliver on TA key performance metrics.
  • Ensures ATS information is up to date and compliant with regional regulations.
  • Interfaces with the Global TA Team to gain insight into business talent needs and stays current on regional best practices and issues.
  • Uses knowledge and expertise in TA to coach and develop TA team members Acts as talent acquisition SME to advise and prioritize local needs Partners with HR Operations to ensure alignment and delivery for cross-functional initiatives and successful day-to-day TA delivery.
  • Monitors and measures the overall effectiveness/impact of the internal and external TA strategies, TA execution, and stakeholder/candidate satisfaction.
  • Implement improvements to boost candidate experience in the future. Understand external market and works with HRBPs / line managers to create competitive offers for external staff, within the Reward Guidelines, and conduct offer negotiations for the selected candidates.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers/ BU Heads to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Conduct analysis and report key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders.
  • Ensuring key leadership closures within the stipulated timelines and budget
  • Promote Employee Referral Scheme in the sites.

What You'll Need:

  • Graduate degree (MBA) with specialization in total 12+ years and 4+ years’ experience in managing and leading TA.
  • Technology / engineering semiconductor recruiting background Experience in the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to enhance process efficiencies.
  • Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes Experience in a global TA function In-depth.
  • knowledge of the TA landscape in the industry & local market Familiarity with regional TA vendor contracts and contract management
  • This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
