The Role of Talent Acquisition Manager

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh!

This role reports to the Regional Director of People & Culture, leading Talent Acquisition and New Openings in KSA. You will be responsible for providing successful recruitment and staffing solutions for the hotel, up to and including Department Head positions. You will play a vital role in building and managing the Talent Acquisition strategy and coaching Hiring Managers on the TA process.

Our Ideal Talent Acquisition Manager Candidate Will Have:

The ability to lead the talent acquisition team in delivering consistently high service levels; ensuring our many new hires are warmly welcomed and integrated into the company. Previous experience in full cycle recruitment is essential along with a background in hospitality management, with a sincere passion for finding and nurturing talent. In addition, you should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset to enhance the recruitment process and outcomes.

You will be a strong recruiter and brand ambassador with the ability to innovate and be solution-oriented. A seasoned leader with diplomacy, presence, and the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively to achieve mutual goals with key stakeholders inside and outside the hotel (Business Leaders, Universities, Community).

You should have a deep understanding of effective recruitment strategies to deliver both world-class candidates and services, and have strong commercial acumen, proven ability to manage costs and deliver bottom-line results, the ability to link day-to-day activities to longer-term business plans, goals,

Special Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

  • Computer literate, with high competency level in use of Microsoft Office.

  • Working experience in similar category of hotel will be an advantage.

  • Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
