We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and drive hiring for Product and Technology teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of hiring top engineering and product talent. You will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, and developing recruitment strategies that enable the organization to attract and retain exceptional professionals.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own the complete recruitment lifecycle—from workforce planning and sourcing to candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, improve recruitment processes, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience while meeting hiring goals.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Product and Technology roles.
- Partner with engineering, product, and leadership teams to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical and product professionals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of software engineers, product managers, designers, data professionals, and other technology talent.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, networking events, and talent communities.
- Screen, evaluate, and assess candidates for technical expertise, role fit, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Drive offer negotiations and manage the hiring process through successful onboarding.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and hiring quality.
- Improve hiring processes through data-driven insights and recruitment best practices.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top technical talent.
- Stay updated with hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive talent landscape within the technology industry.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements across the recruitment function.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to Product and Technology hiring.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting software engineers, product managers, technical architects, and other technology professionals.
- Experience working in fast-growing startups, product companies, or technology-driven organizations is highly preferred.
