This role will oversee our global recruiting team, partner closely with business leaders on workforce planning, and drive sourcing strategies that proactively identify and engage top talent before hiring needs become urgent. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, coach, operator, and talent magnet.
What you’ll be doing:Talent Acquisition Strategy- Develop and execute Neostella’s global talent acquisition strategy.
- Partner with executive leadership and department leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Align recruiting efforts with business goals, growth initiatives, and organizational priorities.
- Build scalable recruiting processes that support continued global expansion.
- Lead, coach, and develop a global recruiting team across multiple countries.
- Establish recruiting standards, best practices, and performance expectations.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, hiring strategy discussions, and recruiter development sessions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Experience leading recruiters across multiple business functions, locations, or countries (Highly Desirable).
- Proven success building sourcing strategies and talent pipelines in competitive markets.
- Strong partnership experience with executives and business leaders.
- Experience compiling & using recruiting data and analytics to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, professional services, legal technology, or other high-growth environments preferred.
- Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, and optimizing recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and talent acquisition tools.
- Ability to research, analyze, and interpret compensation and labor market data to provide salary benchmarking, hiring recommendations, and market intelligence across multiple geographies.
