We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead strategic hiring initiatives that shape the future of our business and drive organizational growth. In this highly visible role, you'll partner with senior leaders to develop workforce strategies, lead recruitment for executive and specialized talent, and use market insights and data to influence key hiring decisions. What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning: Partner with senior leaders to anticipate workforce needs, align hiring priorities with business goals, and design strategies that address current and future talent gaps.

  • Lead Complex, High-Impact Recruitment: Own hiring for senior leadership and specialized roles, ensuring strong pipelines and delivering quality hires that move the business forward.

  • Leverage Data to Improve Hiring Outcomes: Use insights and recruitment data to identify trends, influence decisions, and continuously enhance hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.

  • Influence Senior Stakeholders & Build Capability: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership while coaching and elevating Talent Acquisition practices across the organization.

About You:

  • 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, including leading hiring for senior and/or specialized roles with measurable business impact

  • Proven track record to partner and influence senior stakeholders across complex, matrixed organizations

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience using data to drive hiring decisions and improve outcomes

  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching capability, with the ability to guide teams, build capability, and elevate talent acquisition practices

  • Communication skills include written (reports, analyses, etc.), and verbal (communicating regularly with various departments, stakeholders, etc.).  Bilingualism is an asset.

Salary Range: $ 89,208.00-$135,086.40 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
