As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead ERM’s Global Services Talent Acquisition team in India, overseeing a team of recruiters supporting hiring across the Consulting Delivery Hub (CDH) and Global Delivery Centre (GDC). You will work in close partnership with hiring managers and business leaders within India, North America and EMEA to attract, engage and hire exceptional talent into ERM’s Global Services. This role is critical to enabling the growth and success of our global service centre, while driving continuous improvement, operational efficiencies and scalable recruitment solutions that support volume hiring without compromising quality or candidate experience.

As a solution-focused Talent Acquisition leader, you will translate business priorities into actionable talent acquisition strategies, driving execution through your team. You will use data and insights to tell a clear story, anticipate challenges, and develop practical solutions that ensure the successful delivery of recruitment and business objectives.

What you’ll bring:

  • Significant Talent Acquisition leadership experience within a complex, matrix organisation, with a track record of supporting global stakeholders and business functions.

  • Experience leading through others, with the ability to develop Talent Acquisition leaders, build high-performing teams and drive accountability across a recruitment function.

  • Strong strategic thinking capability, combined with the ability to translate strategy into pragmatic, deliverable solutions that drive business results.

  • Proven experience operating in fast-paced, evolving or scale-up environments, building processes, structures and operating models that enable growth.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge and partner with senior leaders across different regions, cultures and business priorities.

  • The ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities and bring clarity and structure.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data, insights and market intelligence to influence.

  • Experience producing executive-level reporting and translating complex data into clear, compelling recommendations for senior stakeholders

  • A continuous improvement mindset, with experience identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and scalability through process improvement and technology.

  • Resilience, commercial acumen and a results-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate challenges, think ahead and deliver solutions in a dynamic environment.

Preferred:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition leadership roles.

  • Experience partnering with executive and senior business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy.

  • Experience of managing Talent Acquisition managers and recruiters.

  • Exposure to global delivery or GCC environments with proven track record.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms, including Workday and Gem.

  • Experience using automation, analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Experience developing executive-level reporting, dashboards and governance updates for senior leadership audiences.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment delivery models, including in-house, RPO and outsourced recruitment partnerships.

  • Experience hiring within professional services, consulting, engineering, technology or other knowledge-based organisations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the Global Services talent acquisition strategy, ensuring hiring plans support business growth, workforce priorities and future capability needs.

  • Lead, coach and develop Talent Acquisition leaders and teams, building a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with senior business and HR stakeholders to understand talent requirements, influence workforce decisions and deliver effective hiring solutions.

  • Establish and optimise scalable recruitment processes, governance and operating standards that drive consistency, quality and efficiency.

  • Develop and implement talent attraction strategies that strengthen talent pipelines and improve access to critical and hard-to-find skills.

  • Prepare and present talent acquisition performance updates, reporting and insights to business and HR leadership, providing visibility of hiring progress, risks, challenges and opportunities.

  • Champion the adoption of recruitment technology, automation and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and user experience.

  • Promote a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring every interaction reflects ERM's values and employer brand.
