We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our high‑performing Talent Acquisition team, partnering closely with senior business leaders and playing a critical role in driving our regional talent strategy.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

  • 日本国内の複数法人や事業部門における経験者採用を、フルライフサイクルで担当する(主にマーサージャパン株式会社、マーサー・インベストメンツ株式会社をご担当いただく想定ですが、ご経験やご希望により応相談です)
  • マーケットマッピングやタレントプールの構築、業界動向の分析など、市場情報を提供する
  • 積極的かつ創造的な採用手法を駆使し、優秀な人材を発掘・誘致する
  • 採用に関する的確なアドバイスを提供し、組織に優秀な人材を迎え入れる
  • HRビジネスパートナーや主要ステークホルダーと良好な関係を維持し、継続的にコミュニケーションを図る
  • 候補者および採用担当者に対して、良好な採用体験を提供し、フォローアップを徹底する

    Skills Required

    • 5+ years of practical experience in corporate recruitment or staffing agency, with hires from junior to senior levels
    • Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries
    • Ability to manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer independently
    • Based in Tokyo and able to work hybrid, in office at least three days per week
    • Business to native level Japanese language skills
    • Business-level English communication skills
    • Experience building and maintaining talent pools and market maps
    • Strong sourcing skills to approach passive candidates and close hires
    • Excellent planning, organization, facilitation, negotiation, and project management skills
