Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Senior Director, this role will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies across India. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to attract and hire top talent while ensuring an inclusive and positive experience for both candidates and hiring stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Develop and execute localized recruitment strategies tailored to India talent markets
Leverage data, market intelligence, and sourcing channels to optimize hiring outcomes
Partner with global TA leadership to align India strategy with broader TA & organizational priorities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 recruiters
Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture
Support capability building across sourcing, stakeholder management, and interviewing
Build solid relationships across the organization to ensure ability to influence, guide and improve recruiting processes and initiatives in the region
Collaborate with TA Operations to review processes and recommend changes to streamline and enhance for improved candidate experience leveraging AI & technology
Execute & lead recruiting projects & initiatives as assigned
Promote and ensure inclusion & diversity remains a focal point for all processes & practices
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including prior experience leading recruitment teams or programs
Strong knowledge of India labor market, talent trends, and sourcing strategies
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive hiring outcomes
Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast paced, change oriented environment
Ability to be flexible and adaptable
