You will influence business outcomes through effective hiring, talent market insights and continuous improvement of recruitment practices that support our wholesale distribution, technology solutions and training & consulting businesses.
Your responsibilities will include –

- Leading commercially focused recruitment operations, managing budgets, external partnerships, and recruitment investment to maximise return on talent acquisition spend.
- Utilisation of AI technology and automation to drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, hiring outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Building proactive talent pipelines and attraction strategies to strengthen organisational capability and reduce dependency on external recruitment channels.
- Delivery of data-driven talent insights and executive reporting to support workforce planning, succession initiatives, and organisational decision-making.
- Developing hiring manager capability through coaching and training, embedding best-practice recruitment and selection methodologies across the organisation.
About You

- Strong capability in managing, influencing, and partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging AI and automation technologies to create efficiencies and improve recruitment practices.
- Commercial acumen with a proven track record of reducing agency expenditure and improving direct sourcing outcomes.
