Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for our diverse client base, including consulting giants like Deloitte and Infosys.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Oversee the administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain data integrity.
- Optimize the usage of Job Boards and other sourcing channels to maximize candidate reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Use recruitment analytics to evaluate and optimize hiring processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a staffing organization.
- Proven track record working with high-profile clients, with an advantage for experience involving Deloitte and Infosys.
- Strong experience in ATS administration and optimizing Job Board usage.
- Excellent understanding of the staffing industry’s best practices, market trends, and candidate management tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with recruitment marketing platforms and advanced ATS functionality.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
