CYE is looking for an experienced, passionate, and ambitious Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be hands-on in recruiting top talent for a variety of positions across our global operations. Additionally, you will mentor the recruitment team, ensuring effective recruitment strategies and processes.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and professionally develop the recruitment team, creating a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement effective global sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct sourcing using advanced tools and AI-driven techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Use data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and optimize processes.
- Promote employer branding through networking events, social media, and other digital platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry
- Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and challenges
- High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken - a must
- Exceptional sourcing skills with experience using AI and other advanced tools
- Data-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret recruitment data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in leading and mentoring a recruitment team
