- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment trackers
- Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent engagement activities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Provide administrative support to the HR/TA team as required
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Engineering
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and basic recruitment tools

- Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
