Support end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, applicant tracking, job posting, employer branding, and candidate engagement. The intern will provide administrative support to the HR and talent acquisition team while gaining hands-on recruitment experience in a remote, fast-paced technology environment.

Design, build, operate, and scale reliable cloud-native infrastructure for partner organizations. Manage Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, observability platforms, infrastructure as code, and production incident response. Implement SRE practices including SLIs and SLOs, automate operational workflows using Go or Python, support 24/7 on-call coverage, and explore AI, AIOps, and GPU infrastructure. Contribute to technical documentation, presentations, and open-source projects.

Participate in building and maintaining cloud-native software using Go. Contribute to Kubernetes, Prometheus, CloudNativePG, and other CNCF projects; debug distributed systems; improve infrastructure; collaborate with customers; and own tasks from design through documentation. The internship emphasizes open-source contributions, systems engineering, continuous learning, and potential transition to a full-time engineering role.

Design, build, operate, and scale cloud-native infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters across major clouds. Implement CI/CD, observability, IaC, SLIs/SLOs, automate with Go/Python, participate in 24x7 on-call, and contribute to open-source and technical knowledge sharing.
