The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will manage cloud-native infrastructure, develop CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system reliability using best practices and automation tools.

Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for engineering teams: source candidates, conduct HR screenings, coordinate technical interviews, maintain candidate records and hiring metrics, and support employer branding to build talent pipelines for Cloud, DevOps, SRE, Platform, AI, and Software roles.

Design, build, operate, and scale cloud-native infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters across major clouds. Implement CI/CD, observability, IaC, SLIs/SLOs, automate with Go/Python, participate in 24x7 on-call, and contribute to open-source and technical knowledge sharing.

Work as a software engineering intern contributing to open source cloud-native projects (Prometheus, Kubernetes, CloudNativePG) using Go. Debug and improve distributed systems, collaborate with customers, take end-to-end ownership of tasks, contribute upstream, and document solutions while learning cloud-native engineering practices.
