We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring coordination for a growing tech team. You will handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate experience, and offer support—ensuring we hire the right people fast and consistently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment: role intake, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection support, and joining formalities.
- Work with HR managers to finalize JD / job requirements and hiring timelines.
- Create job ads and post to relevant channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, communities).
- Source candidates via LinkedIn/outreach, databases, referrals, and networking.
- Shortlist CVs based on must-have criteria and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Conduct initial phone screens (availability, salary expectations, motivation, fit).
- Coordinate interview stages (technical/HR), manage scheduling, and ensure feedback is captured using scorecards.
- Support offer process: compensation alignment, approvals, offer letters, and follow-ups to close candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks as required.
- Maintain strong candidate experience: timely updates, clear communication, and professional coordination.
- Track and report recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, pipeline status, offer acceptance rate, source performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (tech hiring preferred).
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, referrals).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple open roles and priorities.
- Comfortable with recruitment trackers and Google Workspace/MS Office.
- Professional, confidential, and proactive.

- Experience hiring for engineering/product/design roles.
- Basic understanding of software development roles and tech stacks.
