The Role

The Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement is responsible for improving recruiting operations, driving technology adoption, and ensuring that recruiters have the resources and support needed to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role will lead and optimize the tools, processes, and training that enable our Talent Acquisition team to operate at peak efficiency. You will collaborate with HR leaders, recruiters, and technology vendors to streamline recruitment workflows and implement best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess current recruitment tools, technologies, and processes; recommend improvements and new solutions.

  • Promote accountability across team and increase value to the business (efficiency, effectiveness, and predictability). ​

  • Build on strengths and accelerate development of critical TA capabilities. ​

  • Collect and interpret data on various performance and process metrics; identify high-value opportunities to improve how the team operates. ​

  • Engage in defining technology needs and adapting recruiting processes beyond own workflows.

  • Stay updated on recruiting technology trends and continuously identify new tools to enhance the TA process.

  • Drive consistency in recruiting practices across different regions or departments.

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition Enablement team and create realistic succession plans for TA roles.

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for recruiters, focusing on industry leading sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define the talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in optimizing talent acquisition processes and technologies.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

  • Ability to lead and mentor teams, driving engagement and high performance.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or talent acquisition operations/enablement.

  • Experience in implementing and managing recruitment technologies and processes at scale.

  • Experience leading a team of direct reports required.
