Role/Responsibilities:
Partnering with the Talent team and other key stakeholders (E.g., business leaders, hiring managers) to fulfil the talent attraction strategy for each business unit.
Support and assist the recruitment team around the different divisions in organising and coordinating interviews and screenings calls, psychometric assessments, training sessions, workshops and inductions.
Completion of candidate’s reference checks.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing timely feedback.
Manage and maintain the Recruitment module within Workday (E.g., creating prospects, recruitment agencies, reports).
Assist in creating and distributing weekly internal communications related to our open Spotlight Roles or Newsletters.
Coordinate and participate in various projects within the Talent Acquisition Team.
Administration of HR invoices through SAP working closely with the HRDs.
Managing the Talent inbox as a point of contact for employee, resolving queries, providing guidance and support about any issues.
Communication proactively with other HR, TA partners, Hiring managers and candidates to operational efficiency and execution.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. A real interest in what we do, how we do it and how we can shape it in the future.
An ability to work in an agile way. Comfortable with ambiguity and using your own initiative. Not afraid to forge a path.
Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial culture that moves quickly and requires rapid response and the ability to make quick, sound decisions.
Digital acumen, good knowledge of systems and processes that improve efficiency and drive enhanced decision making
Excellent relationship building and communication, with the ability to move between listening to, guiding and coaching others at all levels
Marketing, communication and presentation skills to facilitate projects and initiative
Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar talent acquisition or recruitment coordination role
