Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key supporting role on Cadwell’s Talent Acquisition team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about Human Resources and looking to build a career in recruiting. A high level of attention to detail, proactive communication, and a people-first mindset are essential for success in this role. This position sits on-site in Kennewick, WA and reports directly to the Talent Manager.
Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the recruiting process by ensuring the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is consistently up to date with accurate candidate statuses and documentation.
- Serve as a candidate experience champion by maintaining timely and professional communication with applicants throughout the process.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, and manage communication logistics between candidates and interviewers.
- Draft and send candidate correspondence such as interview confirmations, feedback notes, and onboarding instructions.
- Track and follow up on internal referrals, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
- Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing tasks as assigned.
- Maintain confidential candidate and employee records in compliance with company policy and applicable regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager as needed.
- Participate in HR and recruiting projects or initiatives, such as employer branding or candidate experience improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Job Knowledge / Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
Education / Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or administrative roles.
- Prior internship or exposure to a professional work environment is a plus.
