Manage end-to-end procurement for assigned commodities and suppliers supporting Class I/II medical device manufacturing. Negotiate pricing and terms, resolve supply and quality issues, ensure material availability, monitor supplier performance, support supplier qualification and development, and collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and planning teams. Mentor junior procurement staff and drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage daily cash collection communications; review and process invoices and customer payments in the ERP; prepare and distribute monthly statements; perform collection calls for delinquent accounts, trade-ins, returns and service loaners; research and process customer refunds; support other AR and finance tasks as assigned.

Serve as the pre-sales technical liaison between Sales and Implementation, owning SOW creation, conducting site assessments (including on-site visits), documenting hardware/network/infrastructure requirements, and ensuring complete project handoffs to Project Managers. Maintain product and workflow knowledge, coordinate internal approvals, recommend process improvements, and track KPIs to ensure implementation readiness and customer satisfaction.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support HL7 interfaces between Cadwell systems and customer EMR/EHRs. Lead discovery, create interface specifications, perform end-to-end testing, provide go-live and post-go-live support, monitor interfaces, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure reliable, compliant interoperability.

Manage and control company documentation repositories, execute engineering change orders, implement BOMs and ERP item records, process regulatory compliance documents (including 21 CFR Part 11), support audits, ensure ISO 13485 and GDP compliance, and perform documentation-focused projects and related duties.

Lead cross-functional R&D projects from initiation through product launch for neurodiagnostic, neuromonitoring, sleep diagnostic, and accessory products. Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and design transfer activities. Drive team decisions, ensure compliance with product development and design control processes, identify and mitigate risks, coordinate launches, and suggest process and tool improvements.

Lead a team of engineers to maintain software stability and performance, manage escalations, and ensure regulatory compliance for medical device software.

Serve as the technical Product Owner for the Sierra neurodiagnostic product line, translating clinical workflows into engineering-ready features, managing the backlog, leading Agile ceremonies, and guiding technical and clinical validation. Coordinate releases, support escalations, and align hardware/software/consumables ecosystem while partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Support, KOLs, and QARA to ensure compliant, clinically effective product delivery.

Lead the Engineering Laboratory team to support new product development and post-release sustaining of medical devices. Oversee failure analysis, design verification, component management, change control, resource planning, and regulatory/QMS compliance (FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485). Mentor technicians and engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive continuous improvement in lab systems, processes, and product quality.
