Owns the reliability, security, performance, and availability of AWS-hosted healthcare infrastructure. Builds infrastructure as code, CI/CD automation, monitoring, observability, backup and disaster recovery capabilities. Leads incident response, optimizes cloud resources, implements security controls, supports customer onboarding and migrations, and ensures compliance with healthcare privacy and software lifecycle requirements. Participates in on-call rotations and provides technical guidance to engineering and support teams.

Owns day-to-day HR operations across payroll, benefits, leave, employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compensation implementation, and compliance. Supervises HR, payroll, benefits, and talent acquisition staff; resolves operational issues, manages escalations, supports investigations and accommodations, administers quarterly check-ins and salary reviews, and advises managers. Partners with the SVP of HR on strategy, organizational development, regulatory matters, and complex or legally sensitive cases.

Supports the full lifecycle of legal contract intake, tracking, administration, and signature processing. Administers the Cobblestone contract management system, maintains legal and intellectual property records, supports compliance and regulatory requests, coordinates patent and trademark activities, and assists with legal operations, documentation, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows across business functions. Integrate solutions with enterprise systems, monitor performance, manage AI infrastructure, and participate in governance. Analyze workflows, run pilots, measure ROI, establish risk controls, and support adoption through training and documentation. Partner with stakeholders across departments while maintaining privacy, security, and regulatory controls.

Lead the Engineering Laboratory team to support new product development and post-release sustaining of medical devices. Oversee failure analysis, design verification, component management, change control, resource planning, and regulatory/QMS compliance (FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485). Mentor technicians and engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive continuous improvement in lab systems, processes, and product quality.

Serve as the pre-sales technical liaison between Sales and Implementation, owning SOW creation, conducting site assessments (including on-site visits), documenting hardware/network/infrastructure requirements, and ensuring complete project handoffs to Project Managers. Maintain product and workflow knowledge, coordinate internal approvals, recommend process improvements, and track KPIs to ensure implementation readiness and customer satisfaction.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support HL7 interfaces between Cadwell systems and customer EMR/EHRs. Lead discovery, create interface specifications, perform end-to-end testing, provide go-live and post-go-live support, monitor interfaces, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure reliable, compliant interoperability.

Lead cross-functional R&D projects from initiation through product launch for neurodiagnostic, neuromonitoring, sleep diagnostic, and accessory products. Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and design transfer activities. Drive team decisions, ensure compliance with product development and design control processes, identify and mitigate risks, coordinate launches, and suggest process and tool improvements.

Lead a team of engineers to maintain software stability and performance, manage escalations, and ensure regulatory compliance for medical device software.
