Purpose and ScopeThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the team of Recruiters and Hiring Managers in coordination of the recruitment process throughout the full cycle, focusing on delivering efficient recruitment and pre-onboarding experience. The role is responsible for coordinating recruitment activities like interview scheduling, onboarding readiness, referral programs, reporting to ensure a seamless candidate and new hire experience.Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling and provide timely updates to hiring managers, interview panels, candidates, and Recruiters
  • Maintain and follow up on pre-employment requirements
  • Send onboarding schedules for upcoming hires.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment initiatives and Talent Acquisition engagements.
  • Ensure positive Candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
  • Manage the weekly Employee Referral Program by collating open positions, preparing referral communications, and publishing the referral newsletter across GBS Bangalore,
  • Coordinate post offer touchpoints,
  • Coordinate and ensure welcome kits are delivered to new hires before their joining date.
  • Coordinate employee ID card preparation,
  • Coordinate pre-onboarding activities related to required documentation and access,
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, analytics, and presentations for leadership reviews.
  • Support recruitment events organization.
Experience and Required Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Recruitment Coordinator role.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with ATS, preferably Workday.
  • Strong organizational, stakeholder management, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Understanding of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
