The Team:

You will be based in our Madrid office, being part of the global People & Culture Department, reporting directly to the Manager, People Service Delivery. You will be working closely with different departments as Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and global regional hubs.


The Role:

You will join our HR Service Delivery Team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern. You will have the opportunity to learn about global talent operations, complex interview logistics, ATS system administration, and managing global hiring scaling across strategic business units.


The work you’ll do:

  • Master the end-to-end logistics and scheduling of complex global interviews across international time zones.
  • Support candidate pipeline operations for fast-growing global departments
  • Manage a high and scaling volume of global scheduling requests 
  • Maintain and update recruitment and workflow databases such as Greenhouse, Workday, Make, etc.
  • Elevate the candidate experience by acting as the main, professional point of contact throughout the entire interview lifecycle.
  • Support other teams within the Service delivery team.
  • Handling administrative tasks and documentation related to the recruitment process and candidate data integrity.

The qualifications you need:

  • Have a graduated university degree in the fields of Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, or Psychology, ideally a Master’s in HR Management. This role is meant for Graduates.
  • Have a hands-on mentality and are highly reliable when managing fast-moving candidate communications.
  • Have an eye for detail and a structured, independent, and exact work ethic to handle a high volume of logistics.
  • Have excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important scheduling requests and pipeline deadlines.
  • Capable of working in a fast and ever-changing environment and like to shape, automate, and optimize processes (experience or keen interest in AI tools or automated scheduling workflows is a strong plus).
  • Very proficient in IT tools and eager to work with global recruitment platforms.
  • Very good knowledge in written and spoken English & Spanish (Business English is a strict must for global stakeholder interaction).
  • Available for 12 months on a full-time (40h/week) and able work one-site from our office in Madrid.
