Job Description

Join our Talent Acquisition team for a period of 12 months and play a key role in delivering an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. You'll support end-to-end recruitment activity, ensuring a seamless, professional and inclusive hiring process.

  • Manage recruitment requests and candidate progression through our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process.
  • Create and publish engaging, high-quality job adverts that attract top talent while promoting consistency, professionalism and inclusivity.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments, liaising with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders to arrange schedules, rooms and virtual meetings.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by providing timely communication, interview support and feedback throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Proactively source talent using online platforms and social media, building strong candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities.
  • Support wider Talent Acquisition activities, including stakeholder engagement, purchase order administration, offer approvals and championing equality, diversity and inclusion in all recruitment practices.

The salary for this role is £29,328 . Onsite working is expected for 3 days a week, however, we actively support requests for flexible working. 

This role will be based from Culham, Oxfordshire

This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions and possibly a search of open source data. 

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Good administration experience (ideally within talent acquisition)
  • Demonstrable experience of excellent planning and organisational skills with good attention to detail
  • Competent IT skills and knowledge of using systems and social media platforms
  • Excellent written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a need to juggle priorities regularly
