What you'll do
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be supporting the recruitment activity within a fast-paced environment for banking operations businesses in India. We’ll look to you to analyse demand and build a talent pipeline to achieve your hiring targets. While delivering business needs, you’ll also be maintaining a healthy sourcing mix and the right quality of candidates.
In the course of your work, you’ll be providing an exceptional candidate experience, making sure that they are fully supported throughout our recruitment process.
You’ll also be:
- Managing job postings and talent sourcing through direct sourcing channels such as our career sites
- Supporting employer branding initiatives to successfully attract talent
- Building reports, dashboards and relevant analysis on recruitment metrics for HR and business stakeholders
- Supporting the vendor relationship and monitoring and report on vendor performance
- Leveraging the expertise of your team to enable the function to successfully meet the talent demands of our businesses
The skills you'll need
To be successful in this role, it’s crucial that you have experience of recruitment and relationship management, ideally from a banking, financial or IT environment. We’ll expect you to have a strong understanding of the local hiring market and relevant skill sets, and you’ll need the ability to build consistently strong customer relationships.
You’ll also have:
- At-least 3 years of recruitment, specifically within the banking operations domain
- Proven experience in managing large-scale or high volume hiring
- Experience of managing end-to-end recruitment processes, while working in matrix set ups and organisational structures
- Experience of working in large, professionally managed firms
- A strong working knowledge and the ability to use Facebook, Twitter, and other social media sites
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to present and analyse and present data
