Are you a dynamic recruiter across high volume end to end Recruitment; do you have superb communication skills with the ability to manage internal Client relationships and support your hires through the full on-boarding process?

We have Permanent Full Time & Fixed term (6 month) positions available within the Brisbane (Greater Australia) team & seek Expressions Of Interest for dynamic individuals to join our highly talented and supportive team.

About the Role

Reporting into the East Coast Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for servicing a key Client portfolio covering a range of vacancies across various positions/classifications. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to fill vacancies across the vast portfolio
  • Conduct high volume phone screens and competency based interviews, competently making hiring decisions
  • Proactively build talent communities 
  • Strategically sourcing talent through various advertising and alternate platforms
  • Manage candidate expectations through their onboarding process
  • HR liaison to request contracts for new employees
  • Monitoring applicant progress across details tracking spreadsheets

Who are we looking for?

You will be a self-starter, used to working in a fast-paced high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 years experience in either an agency or internal recruitment team
  • Experience recruiting in the resources or hospitality sectors (desirable)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent relationship and time management skills
  • Ability to problem solve and make recommendations on improving processes or procedures
  • Intermediate skills with the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
