About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Business and Sales hiring and be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple levels and locations.
The role requires a data-driven and AI-enabled approach to recruitment, with the ability to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, candidate screening, market mapping, talent intelligence, recruitment productivity, and overall hiring effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Business and Sales roles, from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding.
* Partner closely with business and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
* Source and attract candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
* Handle high-volume, bulk, and niche hiring requirements while ensuring quality and timely closures.
* Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on experience, skills, compensation, location, and overall role fit.
* Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle and ensure a positive candidate experience.
* Drive offer discussions, compensation negotiations, counter-offer management, and joining closure.
* Ensure accurate and timely candidate and recruitment data management through the ATS/tracking tool.
* Maintain recruitment MIS and track key hiring metrics such as TAT, closures, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and pipeline status.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future Business & Sales hiring requirements.
* Work closely with stakeholders to identify hiring challenges and continuously improve sourcing and recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
* 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
* Strong hands-on experience in Business Hiring and Sales Hiring.
* Experience in managing high-volume as well as lateral hiring.
* Strong sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation skills.
* Hands-on experience with ATS / recruitment tracking tools
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented recruitment environment
* Experience in Fintech, BFSI, Lending, Consumer Internet, or similar industries will be an added advantage.
* Candidates who are currently based in Bangalore or are native to Bangalore will be preferred.
