RaceTrac Company Overview
Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner acts as a strategic talent advisor to leaders across RaceTrac's corporate and professional client groups — spanning functions such as Finance, Tax, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Technology and Data Science — translating workforce needs and labor-market insights into actionable hiring plans aligned with growth plans and long-term capability requirements. Using data and market insights to guide hiring decisions, improve quality of hire, and optimize recruiting processes, this role elevates Talent Acquisition from transactional recruiting to a proactive, business-driven partnership. As part of the Store Support Center Talent Acquisition Organization, it partners closely with Talent Sourcing, and the Operations & Onboarding team to localize enterprise recruiting initiatives and deliver a seamless hiring experience.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Talent Advisory & Workforce Planning
Partner with functional and business leaders to develop hiring strategies aligned to business demand and workforce plans.
Serve as a strategic talent advisor on hiring needs, challenges, and priorities across assigned client groups.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with assigned client groups covering hiring volume, cycle time, pipeline health, and market trends.
Influence hiring decisions and support workforce-planning initiatives that align hiring to long-term capability requirements.
Full-Cycle Recruiting & Experience
Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and professional roles, including complex and specialized searches.
Partner with the Sourcing team to convert qualified pipelines into hires, and with Coordinators to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
Drive process improvements that increase speed, candidate experience, and hiring effectiveness.
Data, Insights & Tools
Analyze hiring trends, recruiting data, and labor-market conditions to improve quality of hire and guide decisions.
Interpret recruiting scorecards and staffing data, including time to fill and time to hire, to identify themes and recommended actions.
Maintain real-time data accuracy across the ATS and CRM, including candidate dispositions, stage progression, and offer documentation.
Support diversity hiring initiatives and consistent adoption of recruiting tools and processes, including Workday.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Demonstrated ability to act as a consultative talent advisor and partner with business and functional leaders.
Experience recruiting for corporate, professional, or specialized roles.
Experience analyzing recruiting, staffing, or workforce-planning data and translating insights into action plans.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting technologies; Workday experience preferred.
Proven ability to influence hiring decisions and drive recruiting process improvements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting multiple corporate or professional client groups simultaneously.
Experience partnering with a Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) or enterprise workforce-planning function.
