Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team at MarshMcLennan Agency (MMA). You will conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, selection, compensation negotiations, and guiding candidates through the selection process, all while advancing the MMA brand.

We will count on you to:

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms to source passive and active candidates.
  • Pre-screen applicants by reviewing resumes and conducting phone and in-person interviews.
  • Extend and negotiate employment offers as directed and within company guidelines.
  • Advise and consult with hiring managers regarding market trends, recruiting issues, and company policies and procedures.

What you need to have:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented recruiting environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and proficiency in MS Office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills.
