The Role

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to own our revenue-side hiring. You'll start by leading Sales (BDA) hiring end-to-end, and grow into owning the full revenue engine — Pre-Sales, Sales, and Renewals. You'll also support other non-tech hiring (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing) as priorities shift.

This is a high-ownership role for someone with 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting who wants to run a hiring vertical, not just fill reqs — owning outcomes, turnaround time, and the hiring managers' trust. That experience range is exactly what we're indexing on: enough reps to close roles independently, still early enough to grow with us.

What You'll Own

  • Lead Sales hiring: run full-cycle recruitment for BDA and Sales roles — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing against monthly targets.

  • Grow into the revenue engine: take accountability for hiring outcomes across Pre-Sales, Sales, and Renewals, including building passive pipelines ahead of demand for hard-to-fill roles.

  • Own turnaround time (TAT): drive measurable improvements in time-to-hire across your vertical.

  • Partner with hiring managers: translate role needs into sharp sourcing strategies and keep leadership updated with clear, proactive weekly hiring updates.

  • Own the ATS (Dover): keep interview plans, scorecards, and pipelines clean and accurate; onboard hiring managers; be the team's go-to expert.

  • Flex across non-tech hiring: step into Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing roles as business priorities require.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (non-negotiable) — ideally with steady tenure at one or two employers, not a pattern of short stints.

  • Ed-tech hiring exposure — sales hiring strongly preferred. Experience hiring for non-IT / revenue roles (Sales, Pre-Sales, Renewals, Customer Service) is a big plus.

  • Strong sourcing instincts and comfort working to monthly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management — you keep managers and leadership informed without being chased.

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with sound judgment on confidential information.

  • Hands-on with LinkedIn / sourcing tools and an ATS (Dover experience is a bonus).

  • Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru — in-office (no remote option).
