About the Role:
As an Associate – Talent at Teachmint, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s end-to-end talent initiatives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employer branding, and talent operations. You will work closely with the Talent and HR teams to attract high-quality candidates, ensure a seamless recruitment experience, and contribute to ongoing improvements in people practices. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strong teams and creating positive candidate and employee experiences in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand role requirements, timelines, and success profiles.
  • Utilize job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and referral networks to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate and job data.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, pipeline health) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support onboarding processes by coordinating documentation, induction planning, and communication with new hires.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, social media campaigns, and campus engagement programs.
  • Assist in talent-related projects, including talent pipeline development, market mapping, and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to suggest innovative approaches and tools.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously across different functions and levels.
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and professional networking sites like LinkedIn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder management and relationship-building.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting recruitment data and trends.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for people and process excellence.
