- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand role requirements, timelines, and success profiles.
- Utilize job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and referral networks to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate and job data.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, pipeline health) to drive continuous improvement.
- Support onboarding processes by coordinating documentation, induction planning, and communication with new hires.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, social media campaigns, and campus engagement programs.
- Assist in talent-related projects, including talent pipeline development, market mapping, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices to suggest innovative approaches and tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously across different functions and levels.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and professional networking sites like LinkedIn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder management and relationship-building.
