Your role in our mission

  • Actively screen and present quality candidates exemplifying our commitment to excellence and efficiency.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with Talent Acquisition Team to align recruitment strategies and actions with company goals.
  • Manage candidate progression meticulously through various stages in our ATS (Success Factors), ensuring timely updates and candidate engagement.

What we're looking for

  • This position offers an average of 29 hours of work each week. It's perfect for those seeking a flexible schedule while having significant impact in a dynamic team environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, demonstrating robust knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of nurturing relationships with both candidates and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in HR software, particularly Success Factors, is highly preferred.
  • Experience with ChatGPT and AI Tools is a plus.

What you should expect in this role

  • You will be tasked with the disposition of new candidates within specified timeframes, prioritizing referrals and internal applications to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Document all prescreen forms and maintain meticulous records in ATS (Success Factors), ensuring all candidate interactions are logged accurately.
  • Engage in continuous learning through additional training, certifications, and professional conferences to stay ahead in your HR career.

The pay range for this position is $27,000 - $33,800 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
