As a Talent Specialist, you will support priority positions and talent pipelines across the organization. This position is a part of our Talent Acquisition team and requires keen customer relationship skills in addition to the fundamental sourcing and recruiting skills needed to build relationships with talent in the community. Cultivate strong relationships with recruiters, business partners and all areas of HR performing as a contact of sourcing talent and support Talent Acquisition administratively.

  • Experience using complex Boolean strings, Chrome extensions, and social mining sourcing techniques.
  • Proactively build qualified talent pipelines to meet growing business demands through research, internet sourcing, recruitment marketing campaigns, events and more.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends, emerging technology and tools, best practices, and benchmark comparisons.
  • Manage, evaluate and develop innovative direct sourcing plans to attract diverse talent
  • Develop talent pipelines for critical & recurring roles and support recruitment plans according to organizational needs

Administrative Duties

  • Process pre-hire background checks
  • Prepare materials and conduct new joiner orientations.
  • Collect and review new hire paperwork.
  • Process I-9 documentation and E-Verify.
  • Process internal transfers. Assist with onboarding plans and educate new joiner employees on internal procedures, HR policies, and regulations
  • Assist with developing official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and salary adjustments
  • Work with other members of the HR department to assist the team with the hiring and onboarding process for new company employees
  • Collaborate with employees, upper management, and third-party vendors
  • Responsible for completing various tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department
  • Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, including benefits, attendance records, and annual reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ Prior years HR Generalist experience
  • Proficient with social media platforms as well as office computer applications and software
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, which encompasses solid grammar skills, excellent listening skills, and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application such as PowerPoint & Excel
  • Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
  • Professional, good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Ability to take initiative; strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with full cycle recruiting
