You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

What you'll do
- Leverage your current knowledge and best practices to execute the Early Careers strategy across each function in the Canadian BU, including Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Sales, Operation, etc.
- Develop and implement an Early Careers recruitment strategy to attract top candidates from universities, colleges, and technical institutions through traditional and social campaigns.
- Build long-term talent pipelines to support business growth and hiring objectives with a focus on full-time conversion for future needs.
- Establish and nurture relationships with university career centers, professors, and student organizations to position Mondelez as an employer of choice
- Organize and participate in campus career fairs, information sessions, and on-site hiring events.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Early Careers hires, from posting to offers.
- Develop compelling and informative resource materials to support Hiring Managers navigate the hiring lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Ensure a best-in-class experience for your stakeholders.
- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating company culture and values.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment outside of Early Careers across a variety of functions.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience working in a fast-changing high-volume environment, ideally in food manufacturing.
- Current knowledge and understanding of best practices including effective approaches to attraction, recruitment, and selection in the Early Careers / Campus recruitment space.
- A deep understanding of TA fundamentals including pro-active sourcing, candidate pipelining, and employer branding.
- Experience managing various stakeholders and delivering with action and urgency.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process adherence.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint) and tracking KPIs.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and HRIS or ATS. Previous experience with Workday or Phenom would be an asset.
- Completed University degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communications skills, a curious mindset, and digital and business acumen.
- French / English bilingualism.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, hybrid
- Ability to travel throughout GTA
