Competitive salary £30,000 - £31,000 plus company benefits
Location: Remote/Hybrid occasional travel to Norwich and/or Leeds,
Contract: Permanent Full Time (37.5 hours)
Shift Pattern: Core working hours 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday.

The Job:
Working in the Talent Acquisition Team alongside 3 other advisors and reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager – this role is a great opportunity for someone who has worked either within an agency or provided a recruitment service, in house. The role is offered on a fully remote basis, but the role will require occasional commuting to either Norwich or Leeds.
This is a busy role and sits within our HR function, the department is collaborative and filled with experts who can offer advice where needed. No two days are ever the same.
The successful person will be joining during a busy time with considerable change as we move towards further automation and a better applicant experience, as such we need someone who can hit the ground running and who enjoys working in a fast paced and busy environment.
Duties will include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs
- Screening Resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Provide interview feedback
- Negotiating job offers
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Advertising vacancies on various job platforms
- Headhunting for job positions
- Offering advice to line managers on the job market and conducting research where needed
- Processing new hires on our internal system workday
- Working with external providers to ensure all applicants are vetted to our security screening levels
The Experience:
- Good organisational skills, ability to work in a busy and ever changing environment
- Previous recruitment experience essential either from an inhouse team or a recruitment agency
- Ability to interact with senior managers within the organisation in an engaging and professional manner
- Experience of workday or a similar HRIS system would be beneficial
