- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify and engage top active and passive candidates using innovative sourcing techniques and talent networks.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market insights, talent availability, hiring decisions, and compensation discussions.
- Promote and communicate UL Solutions' employer value proposition to attract high-caliber talent.
- Lead and support employer branding initiatives to enhance awareness and positioning in the talent market.
- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies, including university partnerships, career fairs, internships, and early talent programs.
- Ensure recruitment processes, candidate records, and hiring activities are compliant and accurately maintained within the applicant tracking system.
- Stay informed on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and best practices to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- Proven success in sourcing and recruiting talent in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leveraging social media, networking platforms, and innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicable employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
