We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team based at our corporate headquarters in Waukesha, WI. This position plays a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top professional talent across the organization. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with HR, business leaders and hiring managers, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring, from job postings to onboarding for our Corporate roles such as marketing, IT, finance, operations, supply chain, and engineering.
Talent Attraction: Identify and utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals, to attract top talent.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging recruitment process for candidates by providing prompt feedback and being timely throughout the process.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to align hiring strategies with business needs and influence the implementation of hiring best practices.
Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding- Partner with the Employer Branding team to develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies that promote career opportunities, strengthen the company's talent brand, and position the organization as an employer of choice. Leverage digital channels, social media, talent communities, and targeted campaigns to attract, engage, and build pipelines of top talent across key business functions.
Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal policies and external employment laws.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and/or recruitment. Any experience hiring engineering roles within manufacturing operations, engineering and or supply chain space will be a bonus.
Must Haves:
Familiarity with ATS systems, CRMs and Social recruitment platforms. Our stack is Workday, Gem and LinkedIn.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertaining to recruiting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail in screening and evaluating candidates.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Adaptability to changing priorities and recruitment needs.
