Talent Acquisition Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Screening candidates in the ATS 
• Support the Talent Acquisition Patners (TAP) to create shortlists
• Scheduling interviews for the Hiring Manager and the Candidate 
• Updating the ATS ensuring that Candidates are at the correct stage in the process  
• Manage the Recruitment inbox, Responding to candidates in timely manner 
• Ensures all roles are advertised both Internally and Externally 
• Pulls together insights from LinkedIn and other tools for use with the Hiring Manager brief and shortlisting  
• Open to work internationally, creating insights for different markets 
• Can support in setting up Psychometric Assessments 
• Pulls together monthly data dashboard with key Recruitment metrics taken from various sources. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• University degree
• At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment
• Advanced English and Polish language command
• Ability to be a strong and agile communicator across a diverse organisation with many nationalities and cultures
• Pro-active and well prepared
• Curious and keen to learn 
• Teamwork skills and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
