Join Hub Technologies as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, helping us grow our team by identifying and attracting top talent. You’ll play a key role in shaping our recruitment approach and enhancing our employer brand—all within a flexible hybrid work setup (office + remote).
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for a variety of roles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies (via LinkedIn, professional networks, job boards).
- Craft job descriptions and interview guides tailored to each role.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
- Represent the company at job fairs, virtual events, and in recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application through onboarding.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition—whether within an organization, as a freelancer, or through a staffing firm.
- Background in recruiting for startups or high-tech companies is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable managing the full recruiting cycle end-to-end.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and social sourcing.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model.
