THIS IS A 12 MONTHS THIRD PARTY CONTRACTUAL ROLE.
We are a complex, matrixed EAMEI Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (CoE) covering Europe, Africa, Middle East, India, and International Volunteer programs (VIE).
In 2026, our CoE is undergoing a massive transformation, doubling our scope. To maintain our position as expert talent advisors to the business, we are scaling our sourcing intelligence.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
As a Talent Sourcer, you will not be a CV-parser; you will be a Market Intelligence & Pipeline Architect. Your mission is to build, nurture, and engage sustainable, diverse talent pools ("pipelines") for critical Oil & Gas engineering skills across the EAMEI region. You ensure that when a complex vacancy opens, highly qualified, pre-assessed, and available candidates are already engaged and ready to interview.
Missions and Responsibilities:
1. Pipeline Architecture
Leverage advanced AI recruiting tools (HiredScore, Gemini, NotebookLM) to automate mapping, screen complex profiles, and predict candidate availability.
Build and maintain "always-warm" talent pipelines for core Oil & Gas engineering disciplines, ensuring a steady conversion rate.
Design multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, specialized engineering networks, tech communities).
2. Diversity & Quality Championing
Act as a gatekeeper for quality: Deliver shortlists based on rigorous technical and cultural alignment, raising the bar for hiring managers.
Participate in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) agenda by implementing targeted sourcing strategies to ensure gender and cultural balance in all pipelines.
3. Candidate Engagement & Experience
Move beyond transactional cold emailing: Create engagement to keep passive talent hooked over 3, 6, or 12 months.
Screen and qualify candidates on technical capabilities, motivation and cultural fit
4. Market Intelligence & Business Partnering
Provide talent market insights, competitor mapping, and salary trend analysis to TA Specialists and Business Leaders.
Position yourself as a technical expert who challenges recruiters and hiring managers on market realities and profile requirements.
Experience: Demonstrated experience dedicated strictly to Sourcing or Talent Research, ideally within an International Agency or a complex multinational RPO/In-house team.
Sector Expertise: Proven track record in mapping and hunting Engineering profiles (Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, or Heavy Industries).
Tech-Savviness: Deep knowledge of Boolean logic, semantic search, and an advanced understanding of how to leverage AI recruiting tools (HiredScore or equivalent) to optimize sourcing velocity.
Data-Driven & Organized: Ability to manage talent pipelines like a CRM, ensuring clean data and clear metrics on candidate availability and engagement stages.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills in English, and an agile mindset capable of navigating a complex matrix organization
