- Participate in enterprise-level projects by analyzing customer power system requirements and designing solutions that comply with international standards and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with global customers to prepare technical specifications, test plans, and acceptance documents, ensuring project quality, performance, and successful delivery.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide comprehensive technical support, develop technical presentations and proposals, strengthen pre-sales engagement, and help build long-term customer trust and relationships.
- Analyze on-site technical issues and provide professional recommendations and practical solutions to address customer challenges in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with service and operations teams to resolve site-related issues, ensure system reliability, and continuously improve the customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering discipline preferred. A solid foundation in power systems engineering is highly desirable.
- Experience in power system design, implementation, or technical support, with exposure to large-scale projects such as data centers, industrial power systems, or high-voltage power distribution systems preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with power system simulation software such as ETAP and PSCAD, including power network modeling, analysis, and protection coordination.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD and EPLAN, with the ability to independently develop single-line diagrams, circuit diagrams, and other technical documentation.
- Basic English communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams and customers.
- Experience with UPS systems, power distribution systems, switchgear, busway systems, or critical power infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience supporting mission-critical facilities such as data centers, telecommunications networks, or industrial plants is a plus.
