Responsibilities:- Coordinate the planning, development, and implementation of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for both new and existing products.
- Ensure the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel to produce high-quality products at minimal costs.
- Act as a liaison with engineering to facilitate the release of new products.
- Develop systems to maintain comprehensive reports and record-keeping for company products.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in manufacturing process development and improvement.
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing manufacturing solutions.
- Ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.
