We are searching for a Tagetik Analyst, role based in our HQ in Rome.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to use his/her skills in a dynamic and rapidly evolving context, actively contributing to the creation of valuable insights to support data-driven business decisions. He/she will transform complex financial data into actionable insights, optimizing performance and strategy. The role is part of the Financial Planning & Control team, fostering close collaboration with both FP&C and Business Intelligence, ensuring a dynamic and cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and defining the functional requirements of the closing, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes

• Implementing, updating, and maintaining the EPM platform Tagetik to support reporting processes

• Building and managing, in collaboration with report users and under the supervision of senior colleagues, reliable and intuitive reports detailing business performance

• Training of platform users

• Developing strong relationships with stakeholders in all areas of the business to gain a better understanding of business needs and provide confidence and trust in reporting solutions

Requirements:

• Master's degree in business administration, finance or management engineering

• At least 1-2 years of experience with Tagetik platform, preferably in a consulting role

• Experience creating ETL, DTP, SQL queries, reports and data model management

• Problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint

• Good knowledge of the English language

Total remuneration will be commensurate based on the profile and work experiences.
