We are looking for an innovative, driven, and creative Tableau Developer (m/f/d) to become a permanent part of our team, in Warsaw, Poland!

Main Responsibilities
- Design and develop Tableau dashboards and reports, connecting to various data sources (e.g., SQL, Excel, cloud platforms).
- Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data preparation and analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units and IT to define visualization requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, dashboard performance, and maintain updates as needed.
- Leverage Azure Data Warehouse and SAP (S/4) data to deliver impactful enterprise analytics.
- Perform regular reconciliations and oversight activities to ensure accurate reporting with SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on data management, innovation, and process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Expertise in Tableau (Desktop and Server) with 5+ years of experience.
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and optimization.
- Skilled in SAP S/4 (OTC, RTR, PTM, MM), Salesforce, SharePoint, and similar applications.
- Solid understanding of business intelligence (BI) principles and data blending.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present data clearly.
- Creative mindset with a focus on building intuitive, user-friendly dashboards.
