Supervises table games operations by enforcing dealer and pit procedures, supplying gaming equipment, rating players, verifying credit, issuing complimentary offers, documenting markers and table credits, communicating buy-ins, resolving disputes, and promoting positive guest and team-member relations.

- Enforce Dealer compliance with pit and game procedures.
- Attends meetings, training activities, courses and all other work-related activities as required.
- Supply gaming tables with proper and sufficient gaming equipment.
- Complete rating information on casino table players.
- Verification of customer credit status.
- Issue guest complimentary based on the evaluation of patrons play.
- Communicate large and/or multiple buy-ins in compliance with established Pit procedures.
- Promote outstanding customer and Team Member relations.
- Prepares Marker, Table Fill and Table Credit documents.
- Identify and resolve Table Games disputes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1-year Supervisory experience in gaming industry or equivalent
- Must have working knowledge of all games in which they supervise
- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Other training or work experience may be used in lieu of High School Diploma.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Ability to read and write English proficiently
- Ability to speak English
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
- Must be proficient in all math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages and fractions
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations.
- Must know perfect Basic Strategy.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for 8 hrs.
- Must be able to work in a smoking environment
WORK ENVIROMENT:
- Exposed to weather conditions and prevalent temperature changes.
- Subject to (low, moderate, or high) ambient noise level. (Moderate)
- Able to withstand/work in a high smoking environment.
Skills Required
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience in the gaming industry or equivalent
- Working knowledge of all supervised games
- High school diploma or equivalent; applicable training or work experience may substitute
- Proficient English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Proficiency in basic mathematics, including percentages and fractions
- Ability to obtain required work authorization under applicable gaming regulations
